Christ is Risen, He is Risen Indeed
This week is Holy Week - the week where as Christians we remember the final days of the life of Jesus. His triumphant entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, the Last Supper on Thursday, His death on Friday, and then the empty tomb and the risen Christ on Easter morning. Come along and join us for an Easter morning breakfast with Holy Communion on Sunday at 9am followed by family celebration and worship at 10:30. We would love to see you.
This month saw the Manchester Marathon pass through the village. Well done to all who took part and organised the many things going on to keep spectators entertained. We, yet again, hosted the fantastic Rock Choir who sang their hearts out to keep our spirits up. A special thanks the Timperley Tidiers as well who cleaned the streets afterwards. Well done to you all.
PCSO 20059 Barbara Smith of Trafford South Neighbourhood team will once again be in our Coffee Corner on Friday morning of 26th April. If you want to raise anything with Barbara please come along.
On the weekend of May 11th and 12th Timperley Methodist Church will celebrate its anniversary with a Gift Day on the Saturday and special Sunday service. Please come along and see us as we remember the work and witness of the Church here in the heart of Timperley Village.
