The calling of Timperley Methodist Church is to respond to the Gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission.

Structure

The body that takes responsibilty for the church as a whole is the Church Council which meets 4 times a year. The church council is made up of members of the congregation and the Minister.

The is also supported by the Management Group which reports to the Church Council. it meets at least 4 times a year and deals with everyday practical matters of the finance and property.

In addition there is an Annual Church Forum in the Spring which elects stewards and some representatives from the congregation.
