S Club (Sunday-Club)

S-Club at Timperley meets each Sunday morning from 10.45am for about an hour. After taking part in all age worship with the rest of the congregation in Church, we move into our own groups. Currently we have groups for children aged 3 to 7 years, and 7 to 10 years of age. (Groups for the 10+ meet on Sunday evenings).

In S-Club we enjoy a varied programme of activities including: crafts, games, stories, songs and prayers. We use the same bible passage that is being used that day by the adult congregation, but we hear what it means to us as children and young people, sometimes by hearing a modern day story based on the bible reading, or by watching a video, or playing a game. We enjoy doing quizzes and making things to remind us of what we have learnt in our groups. Most of all we have fun together learning about God.
